Hi, thanks! And I know the struggle, bro! Picking colors is hard! I pick my flat colors on what I think feels best for the drawing, but I keep on changing them to what feels right. Then, I add a load of effect layers, like overlay, multiply, color balance etc. until it looks like something likable. Keep in mind, without these layers, my flat colors look really dull. Good luck!
